1) Riavvia il tuo dispositivo e controlla altrimenti, puoi risolvere i problemi con i passi sotto menzionati.
2)Rimuovere tutte le connessioni Bluetooth
- Vai al menu Impostazioni del tuo dispositivo
- Tap su Bluetooth
- Troverai le connessioni precedenti elencate sotto questa sezione
- Tocca e tieni premuto ogni nome del dispositivo fino a quando non vedrai un menu che ti darà l'opzione di eliminare il nome del dispositivo
- Tap su Elimina e conferma la selezione
- Fai questo per tutti i dispositivi elencati qui.
- Una volta che l'elenco è vuoto, switch off the Bluetooth connection from the top right button on the same screen
- Wait for 5 seconds and switch on the Bluetooth and wait till your phone finds the device you want to connect with
3)Delete Bluetooth cache
- Switch off your Bluetooth by accessing it from the notifications shade of your device
- Head into the Settings menu of your device
- Tap on Apps
- From the top tabs, swipe right or left to reach the tab that shows All Apps
- Look for Bluetooth under the apps and tap on it
- Tap on the option that says Empty Cache
- Wait for the device to delete the cache files for Bluetooth and switch on your Bluetooth connection
4) Use safe mode to identify misbehaving apps
- Press and keep holding the Power button on your device that will bring power menu
- Once the Power menu comes up, toccare e tenere premuta l'opzione Riavvia fino a quando non viene visualizzata una nuova finestra che chiederà se si desidera riavviare il dispositivo in modalità provvisoria
- Toccare OK per confermare questo e il dispositivo inizierà il riavvio
