Come resettare un Redmi da spento?
To reset a Redmi (Xiaomi) phone in 2025, you have two main methods: a factory reset via the settings menu, or a hard reset using Recovery Mode. Both methods will erase all data, so it’s best to back up your information first.
Method 1: Factory Reset via Settings
- Open the Settings app.
- Select About phone.
- Tap Factory Reset.
- Tap Erase all data.
- Enter your phone password or PIN and confirm the reset [9] [10] [14].
- Wait for the phone to complete the reset.
Method 2: Hard Reset via Recovery Mode
- Power off your Redmi phone.
- Press and hold the Power button + Volume Up button simultaneously until Recovery Mode appears.
- Use the Volume buttons to navigate to Wipe Data and use the Power button to select it.
- Navigate to Wipe All Data and confirm [9] [10].
- After the wipe is complete, select Reboot to System.
Important:
- A factory or hard reset will erase all personal data and settings. Back up important files using the built-in backup function, Xiaomi Cloud, or Google Drive before resetting [11].
- If you want to reset without losing data, create a backup first in Settings > Additional Settings > Backup & Reset [11].
If your phone is stuck or unresponsive (for example, stuck on the MI logo), try a forced restart by holding the Power and Volume Up buttons together, or proceed with a hard reset as above [16].
After resetting, you can restore your data from backup when setting up the device again [11].
These steps apply to most Redmi models released up to 2025. If you are locked out or can’t access settings, use the Recovery Mode method [10].
