Questo problema simile è successo con me un paio di mesi fa. Quando non ho avuto altra scelta che usare il mio vecchio portatile la cui batteria è quasi morta e il caricatore non si carica. Dopo aver provato tutti i trucchi e le tecniche, il problema era con i driver della batteria ed è stato risolto.
Vengo alla tua domanda.
Ci possono essere diversi fattori dietro un tale problema. Eccone alcuni:
- Il cavo dell'adattatore potrebbe essere difettoso e non essere in grado di fornire alimentazione al portatile.
- L'adattatore del caricatore non funziona.
- La presa di corrente è difettosa o danneggiata.
- I driver della batteria sono obsoleti.
Soluzioni praticabili che ti aiuteranno a risolvere e ad avere il tuo portatile'problema di ricarica.

- Update your BIOS.
Troubleshoot Hardware Issue:
- Plug the laptop's charger to different power outlets and see if charges. If yes, then the problem is with the power outlet. If no, then check the power cables and see whether they are faulty or not;
- If you can remove the battery of the laptop, remove it and connect it after a few minutes. Connect the charger with the laptop and see if it is charged.
Power Reset your Laptop:
It is the most conventional method to fix most of the issues. Here is the method to hard reset the laptop:
- Shutdown the laptop and remove the laptop battery.
- Hold on the power button for 30 seconds and then release it.
- Put the battery back into its place and start your laptop.
- Now connect the charger and check whether the computer is charging or not.
Update your Battery Driver:
Sometimes when you update the windows the battery drives become incompatible and need to be updated as well.
You can do it by update the battery's driver through Windows Device Manager utility and here are the steps to do that:
- Open Device Manager
- Locate "Batteries" from the list and double click on it;
- Right-click on your battery's driver and click on "Update Driver".

- Click on "Search automatically for updated driver software" and let it update.
- Once the update process is completed. Chiudi la finestra e riavvia il tuo portatile prima di collegare il caricabatterie per controllare se la procedura ha funzionato o no.
Aggiorna il tuo BIOS:
Aggiornare il BIOS può risolvere diversi problemi, incluso il problema della ricarica del portatile, ma bisogna stare molto attenti quando si fanno modifiche al BIOS. Ecco i passi per aggiornare il BIOS del portatile:
- Copiare il file del BIOS su una USB;
- Cliccare sul pulsante di accensione dal menu Start e tenere premuto il tasto "Shift" mentre si clicca sull'opzione "Restart";
- Appariranno alcune opzioni, cliccare su "Troubleshoot" e procedere;
- Dalle "Opzioni avanzate", clicca su "Impostazioni firmware UEFI;"
- Clicca su "Riavvia," e il portatile inizierà ad avviarsi al BIOS;
- Segui le istruzioni dopo aver selezionato di aggiornare il BIOS per completare il processo.
