Why won’t my printer scan to my computer?

There are many factors why your printer won't scan to your computer:

I. Faulty Wireless Connection

What to do:

• You may need to restart the WiFi.
• Relocate the printer and computer to a better WiFi position.
• Use a USB Cable to connect your printer to the computer instead.

II. Glitches From Outdated Printer Drivers

What to do:

1. Right-click the Start Menu. Select Device Manager.

2. Go to Printers. Right-click your printer and select Update Driver Software…

III. Memory is Insufficient

What to do:

• Set your Scan Resolution to Low.
• Adjust Paper Size to Normal.
• Change Scan Setting to Normal.

IV. Windows Image Acquisition Service è disabilitato.
