There are many factors why your printer won't scan to your computer:
I. Faulty Wireless Connection
What to do:
- You may need to restart the WiFi.
- Relocate the printer and computer to a better WiFi position.
- Use a USB Cable to connect your printer to the computer instead.
II. Glitches From Outdated Printer Drivers
What to do:
- Right-click the Start Menu. Select Device Manager.
2. Go to Printers. Right-click your printer and select Update Driver Software…
III. Memory is Insufficient
What to do:
- Set your Scan Resolution to Low.
- Adjust Paper Size to Normal.
- Change Scan Setting to Normal.
IV. Windows Image Acquisition Service è disabilitato.

VI. Troubleshoot Your Printer

- On your computer, click the Apple Menu and select System Preferences.
