To access the Control Center on iPhone X and similar devices, swipe down from the top right corner of the screen and then tap the flashlight icon.

To turn on the flashlight on this phone, access the quick functions menu of the operating system and tap the button to activate it.

Methods to enable the flashlight on Android:

If you don’t see this option, tap on the pencil icon in the top right corner and search for the Flashlight option. Press and hold on it and drag it into the Quick Settings box.

The only way to solve the problem is to close all the applications that are running in the background on iOS, simply by double-tapping the Home button and swiping up between the open applications. After that, try the flashlight again.
