To transfer GoPro files, follow these steps:
- Connect your GoPro camera to your Mac computer and turn it on.
- Select the LaunchPad in the dock.
- Type "Quik" and click on GoPro Quik.
- Use your GoPro account username and password to log in.
- Wait for the import to complete after clicking on IMPORT FILES.

- Open the DCIM folder to find the 100GOPRO folder. If you have generated more than 9999 photos and videos, there may be additional folders in the DCIM folder, such as 101GOPRO, 102GOPRO, or 103GOPRO, among others.
- Drag the files from the card to the dedicated GoPro content folder on your computer.
To retrieve videos from a GoPro, follow these steps:
- Click on the camera.
- Click on the GoPro MTP client disk volume.
- To access the GoPro folder, open DCIM.
- You can copy or paste the videos to your computer’s hard drive from this point.
