The easiest method to transfer images from iPhone to PC without using iTunes is through iCloud. iCloud is Apple’s cloud platform that uses the internet to synchronize data between different devices and save them online.
To transfer images and videos from your iPhone to a USB flash drive, follow these steps:
- Connect your iPhone or iPad to your PC using a USB cable.
- Open the DCIM folder, which is one of the many folders you will see.
- Copy the image to the flash drive.
To connect your phone to a computer, you can use a USB cable. A window will open on your smartphone to allow data transfer after connecting the cable. Please note that the cable can only be used for charging.
To copy photos from your mobile phone to an external hard drive, you can use a single cable known as USB OTG (USB On-the-Go). Data can be transmitted at 4.8 Gbit/s in the new version 3.0 if the connection pins are USB 3.0.
To transfer video and image files from your iPhone to your PC, follow these steps:

- Find the external disk in Finder.
- Find and open the images in another Finder window.
