To discover your Samsung account, follow these steps:
- Click on the Applications screen on your Samsung device.
- Go to Settings and choose the General tab.
- Select a Samsung account from the list.
- Add the account settings and then go to Help.
- You can view your forgotten ID or password.
Samsung Account is a service called Samsung Cloud. It provides a data storage service in the cloud, which allows you to optimize your phone’s space, provide backup, and ensure the security of your smartphone in case of theft or loss.
The passwords saved in your Google account are stored. To access a list of accounts with saved passwords, you can visit the page passwords.google.com or view your passwords in Chrome. Please remember to log in again to access the passwords.
To change your Samsung password, follow these steps:
- On the Home screen, choose Settings.
- Select Accounts from the scroll menu.
- Click on your Samsung profile.
- Click on your profile.
- Find the Samsung account password and press CONFIRM.
- Click on the Security tab.
- Scroll up from the bottom of the menu.
To find Android app passwords, follow these steps:
- Select Settings.
- Click on Accounts and Passwords.
- Look for the page.
- Click on Passwords for apps and websites.
- Select the application or site you want to view the password for.
To obtain the username and password, you can call our Call Center at the toll-free number 803.160*. Remember that you need to provide not only your personal data but also your tax code. The call center is open from Monday to Saturday from 8 am to 8 pm.
To view your primary email address on Gmail, follow these steps:
- Click on your profile picture located in the top right corner.
- Select the menu.
- Find your current account address, which is indicated below your name. If you have set up multiple accounts, click on the name or email address to make the desired change.
I confirm that it is not possible to change the email address of your Samsung account to maintain purchases on Galaxy Apps, synchronized data, and other functionalities. If you no longer have access to that email, you will need to remove the current email address and create a new one.
To remove your Samsung account from your phone without remembering it, follow these steps:
- Visit your phone’s settings.
- Then, go to the Accounts section.
- Choose the Samsung account.
- The first three points are now under discussion.
- Select Delete account and then confirm.
- Now, we need to enter the password to complete.
To delete a Samsung profile from Android:
- Click on the "(…)" button in the top right corner to access your Samsung account.
