- Select the "Save As" option and choose the external disk or flash drive where you want to save the message.
- Select the desired folder and click the "Save" button.
Opening the Control Panel by clicking on the "Start" button allows you to recover saved emails in Outlook. Once opened, the archive is visible in the Outlook email folder tree. To read the archived emails, simply open the folders.
To copy your accounts in Outlook 2007, follow these steps:
- Choose "Open & Export" and then choose "Import/Export".
- Choose "Export to a file".
- Click on "Next" and select "Outlook Data File (PST)".
- Select the email account name to export.
