- Open the Text website for free and select the Convert function.
- You can upload a text file by clicking in the file drop area or drag and drop a text file.
- The operation can upload up to ten files.
- Choose the Convert button.
To convert a PDF file to XML, follow these steps:
- In the File menu, select the Export option to convert a PDF file to XML format.
- In Save As (Windows) or Format (Mac OS), choose the XML format.
- Then, choose the name and location of the XML file and click Save.
To save a file in XML format, follow these steps:
- Choose the File menu and select "Export."
- Choose XML in the "Save As" or "Format" window.
- Write the name of the XML file and indicate its location.

There are several ways to send an XML file of an electronic invoice to the SDI:
- The "Invoices and Receipts" portal offers an online service that allows uploading a pre-prepared XML file saved on your computer.
To import additional XML files in Microsoft Excel:
- Open an XML file with a text editor like Notepad++ and add the tag at the beginning of the file.
- Now, go to the end of the file and close the tag. As a result, this structure is now present in your file.
To manually insert or modify XML fields for electronic invoicing:
- Choose the document you are interested in.
- Press the "Edit" button.
- Select the "Electronic Invoicing" tab.
- Choose the desired node in the tree structure.
