It is very simple to connect your phone to a stereo system. You need to insert one end of the cable into the AUX or AUX IN input of the stereo and the other end into the same AUX input on your smartphone, which is the audio output used for headphones. To connect, press the AUX button on the stereo.
To make Bluetooth speakers work, you simply need to connect them to a device such as a smartphone, tablet, or PC via Bluetooth. Once connected, you can start listening to your favorite songs or podcasts without worrying about the distance, as your device can transmit content up to a distance of more than ten meters.
If the wireless portable speaker is not working properly, check the following:
- Make sure the speaker has enough charge. Even if the speaker is connected to the USB charging cable, it will not turn on immediately if the battery is not charged. Turn on the speaker after charging it for about an hour.
While WiFi speakers require an intermediary, such as a router, to connect to speakers and devices, Bluetooth speakers connect directly to their own network source, audio or video, usually via a smartphone or tablet.
The Bluetooth cache could be the problem. The content in the cache may have been damaged if Bluetooth worked before but then stopped. To resolve this issue, you can delete the temporary files in the cache. This will remove the damaged files and allow the Bluetooth connection to be reactivated.
Determine the resistance (ohm). The poles of the device are connected to the speaker terminals, where the cables are connected. If the measurement is 1 ohm, the speaker is not broken and the problem lies elsewhere. On the other hand, the speaker is broken if the measurement is infinite ohms.
Do not worry; it does not necessarily mean they are broken. In fact, you may need to check the charge level by trying to power them for a few minutes with the included charging cable and then turn them on again.
As long as the device does not turn off on its own, press and hold the "Volume Up" and "Play (triangle symbol, the player)" buttons simultaneously. The power button will automatically turn off. After this, you have restored your JBL speaker to its original configuration.

Using the Google Home app:
- Turn on the Bluetooth speaker (or make sure it is able to connect).
- You can connect your Bluetooth device to the Nest or Home device by tapping and holding the button. Pre-set speaker.
