MeshLab for iOS is a 3D model viewer that can be used on the iPhone. It can read models in various formats, including PLY, STL, OFF, and OBJ. Models can be opened directly from web pages, email attachments, Dropbox, or through iTunes synchronization.
File extensions show which application created or has the ability to open the file, as well as the file icon to use. For example, the computer sees a .docx extension and knows that the file can be opened in Microsoft Word, displaying a Word icon when viewed in File Explorer.
The price of a single 3D printed part can range from 0.75 to hundreds of euros. To get an accurate price, a 3D file is required. Material, volume, and delivery times have the greatest impact on the price.
