  • To avoid unexpected charges, disable the hotspot option on your smartphone.
  • Check the Access Point Names (APN) settings to ensure data transmission is allowed.
  • For iPhone users who want to use their device as a Wi-Fi repeater, go to Settings, enable the "Personal Hotspot" feature, set a Wi-Fi password, and save the settings.
  • To connect your phone to a computer via the internet, go to Network & Internet settings, then Hotspot & Tethering, and enable the Wi-Fi hotspot. Configure the hotspot settings and connect to it using the name and password found in your other device’s settings.
