Eventuali problemi di connessione, anche dopo aver impostato i parametri corretti, possono essere risolti chiedendo supporto al servizio clienti Fastweb (192 193) <sup class='quote-ref' data-quote='3'>[3]<\/sup> <sup class='quote-ref' data-quote='5'>[5]<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Configurazione rapida via SMS<\/strong> (solo Android)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Invia un SMS con scritto \u201cWEB\u201d al 4040: riceverai in automatico il messaggio di configurazione <sup class='quote-ref' data-quote='3'>[3]<\/sup>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Per la maggior parte degli utenti, lasciare vuote le impostazioni non elencate qui garantisce il corretto funzionamento.
